Service parts help

ok folks what are the best service parts to use. ht leads, plugs, oil, filters, etc and any ideas of the best places to get them as i have a good freind who will do the work for drink as long as i supply the parts.
whats your personal prefernce folks ???

GSF are excellent, all parts are OEM and they know their stuff. Phone them though as their web site is shyte.
