Hello, everyone. My car is A5 2009 / WAUZZZ8T29A048183 , recently bought it. Unfortunately weather got cold and I just now discovered seat heating is not working.
Same on both seats. Checked the fuse - it's ok. Checked the green jack - it's there in the box beneath the seat and connected.
Car has the buttons, has the MMI to work with it. I suppose wiring is jacked somewhere along the way but really don't know where to look exactly.
Please someone help with wiring schematic or explanation so we can trace and fix the problem.
