Small things like this really bug me sorry!
When I have my seat belt fitted the light on the dash still comes on intermittently, so annoying lol.
I was thinking of crossing the wires coming off the anchor bit???
Any better ideas please.

turn it off in vcds .
Same as the seat belt chime which drives me bonkers so turned it off in vcds, job done.

You could disable the warning using VCDS/OBDeleven/Carista

My mate who owned it before me put up with the chimes until it died.
It would have done my head in for a day!@

Is it the passenger seat causing it to come on? Very little weight is needed to show the light. A small bag or bottle of drink will do it

Its the passenger seat occupancy sensor , it's linked to the seat belt and passenger airbag if fitted, if there is no bum on seat or suffeceint weight it will ping up , air bag wont work either .

Ok I have the Ross Tech kit so I've now got my first "easy" task to stop the red seat belt light on the dash.
Please help.

you can disable the alert and the chime , I did it some time ago.:icon thumright:
