Had the car scanned for errors , some of which I knew about ( sort of ) . This is the result and
what I think I need to look at to fix them- highlighted in blue
BUT
I am more than happy to be corrected or offered alternate solutions to the errors shown.
A sense check please .. Thanks Andy.

I do not have VCDS at the moment so cannot scan again, this is all I have
to work on and any input from you guys so all comments welcome - other
than sell it - will never happen ..

A couple of points for starters

Its had a new battery
Its had new key fob battery
Had a new CCM P/S footwell and loom.

And I still have these issues..
Passenger door will not lock.
Roof not working- battery went flat, pulled battery out of car, charged it , put it back
roof stopped working ?

Checked wiring in door jams nothing broken.
PS Door control mod replaced - no change.

Now the scan ..

The best thing I can suggest is to clear all codes and see what comes back. Would be worth getting a lead and installing VCDS Lite, this is the free version but it will let you read error codes.
Regarding the misfires, I'd check all the pcv breather pipes, these split/break/leak due to the repeated heating and cooling cycles. Any leaks can and will cause lean codes and misfires.
Alarm horn batteries could need replaced, they are supposed to be a sealed unit but you can get into anything if you're determined enough, look on YouTube for a how to.
