DOes anyone know what it means on the MMI SatNAv when it shows a colour by a road (green, orange, red) with diagonal lines through it?

DOes anyone know what it means on the MMI SatNAv when it shows a colour by a road (green, orange, red) with diagonal lines through it?

Think it's roadworks, or cannot be calculated? Each time I have seen it's been through stationary traffic, or roadworks
