Facelift Sat nav

I'm looking to start using my sat nav but it's not come with sd card or disc. Mines a a3 2015. Does anyone know how I can go about this. Thanks in advance.

Did it ever have sat nav?
Cars that didn’t come from factory with nav will need sat nav activation and then you need to buy new maps. new maps are normally between £250-400 then activation I’m assuming on top of that.

I don't know its got the facility to use sat nav it says not enabled when I look but I thought that's due to not having the SD card or disc.

Then I think it will need activated and new maps.
Think it’s a dealer/retrofit specialist job.

Hi I use igo sat nav it's free but I have android head unit. Has all maps inc Europe and all camera's

Select Navigation button and check display:

1) Please insert Navigation Data = You have navigation but a missing data SD Card = Purchase new card and have it activated.
2) Navigation not enabled = You need a Navigation feature activation and a Navigation Data Card + Activation.

1 = £260 to £300 for 2019/2020 data. Used cards cannot be activated on a different vehicle.
2 = £500 to £600.

The 8v doesn’t really have a replaceable head unit like yours.
It’s screen pops out the dash and the main unit is in the glovebox.

Ah ok mate bit of a ****** really. But try googling igo a d see if you can get iton yours you never know
