Hi, quick question on a 2013 Q5 with Sat Nav.
My father in-law purchased a low mileage example last week and when he came out to it today, the sav nav wouldn't work.
He's tried re-setting but it only gets to 43% and then stops.
Any guidance on what he can do to resolve?
On a 2103 is it a DVD or SD card for the maps?
