Hi Guys I've just had a Sachs Sre clutch fitted in my 8P S3. And the biting point is a lot higher than previously. I've run a SMF and helix clutch before but just didn't suit my driving style. So now running a DMF and Sachs SRE clutch. Like I said the biting point is a lot higher(I expected it to be in the same place just the pedal would be heavier due to clutch plate... Am I correct), about 1cm from the top.... Which causes me to stall or kangaroo it forward. Is this normal? I have had a new slave clyinder installed too. Any help would be much appreciated cheers guys and girls
If anyone has a contact number for Sachs too?
