S5 service costs etc (3.0 super charged engine)

Read a post earlier about S4 servicing so thought we could start an S5 thread too.

Warren ... you made note to a HUGE figure you had been quoted for service ?

I have checked my car through the on board DIS and I have the following ...

The Dealer did inform me at handover that I was on the long life oil / service and that appears to stack up:

* Oil change due in November this year (car will then be 1 year old)
* Service due in November next year (car will then be 2 years old)

So what are the costs for the 1st year Oil change and then the 2nd year full on service ?

why ????

run with manufacturers instructions and never had an issue.

unless you are doing high miles (which I don't) or regularly thrash your car (which I don't) can't see what the issue is !
