S4 roof rails

hi all,

anyone know if s4 roof rails are the same fitment as a normal avant? just my local breakers has one in, thanks in advance, Andy .

yes they are

went and checked at the breakers this morning and the rails are different as they fit into the grooves on the roof whereas mine fit before the grooves, luckily there was another avant next to it with ally rails that will fit.

Ive not heard of that before. I have an S4 and they are not in the grooves. Maybe the ones at the breakers were after market ones

B5's are all the same, maybe the other car was a B6 or something?

it's possible that the car was a b6, theres not much recognisable left of the car, one thing i did notice though is that all the bose system is still in the boot, might see how much of my hard earned he wants for that.

I wouldnt bother with the bose, its junk.

Fit a proper amp instead.
