s3 to c63amg?

having growm up with V8s, I have to admit, my ideal car is still a V8 & RWD (with LSD) - but now that I am old & sensible - got the S3.

If you are going with the C63, I've read that the generally disliked ipad-on-a-dash display will be redesigned for next year's model to be integrated into the dash.

Considerably less love for the Mercs than other competitors me thinks

Yeah mate would rather a Ford Mustang V8....mucho cheaper,but with the same gash interior quality

Still RWD though ? Albeit, superb to see.
Unlikely to be my next set of wheels, managed to bag the Focus RS test drive on Saturday. Not that I'll be buying having experienced the disaster that is 'the tyre repair kit' on a previous car. No spare, no buy. Should be fun though.

As said, not really comparable cars, the 6.2 engine alone in the c63 puts it a number of notches above! On a typical british damp back road the c63 would get its *** handed to it. But the driver will then drive home with sonorous v8 under the bonnet and arguably one of the very best noises to come out of a road car.

As for whoever said the latest rs3 does not sound good, their daily driver must be a zonda, the rs3 sounds absoloutely brilliant! Its the main thing I miss about it in fact.

Also, the new c63 coupe is a stunner, much nicer than the saloon, maybe next year when first year of depreciation has taken its toll
