Hi All,

Does anyone happen to know what extras can be Retrofitted to the New S3?
I've bought mine with no extras other than Sat Nav as it kept it within budget, however, I may look at adding a few bits once I've saved a few £££'s.

Thanks,
James

Really the simplest retrofit is the Sat Nav, I think you could buy the cruise control as an audi aftermarket add on.

Some people have talked about LED interior light changes from the yellowish lights. Most retrofits will be expesive and the car hasnt really been out long enough for most specialists to be setup for this kind of thing. But as the A3 will no doubt sell well across the range I am sure this will change.

You might want to also check if some retrofits affect warranty or PCP conditions (if you have PCP or other finance)

I would imagine that most options that were merely electrical/technical could be added easily. From memory heated seats often have the wiring looms left in for example so are easy to add later, with the addition of a small dash change as well. So you'd probably manage tech pack, cruise, heated seats, etc

Obviously things like SS seats, sunroof, etc would be a struggle!

I've seen parking sensors added afterwards too, but would need sensors put in which means new bumpers I would guess

We have an 1,8 TFSi with S-tronic, but I guess the possibilities are the same? So far we have had cruise control and sat nav retrofitted by the Audi dealership, and then CarTrends in Copenhagen have retrofitted S-line electrical adjustable leather seats, S3 steering wheel with paddles and full APS.

Plans for the future are electrical folding mirrors and....

This is really interesting to see, there's a list of retro mods I want to do and I know it will cost a bit to do but if there are any I could do myself then it would be even better! Keep the retro fitted mods coming!
