S3 Remap

Hi all, I bought a S3 few weeks back and I'm loving it. Does a stage 1 remap cause any long term issues?

Depends on a lot of things. What S3 model is it? Could be a 1.8T 1999 car or a 2.0 DSG 2020.
Pretty much any S3 will respond well to a stage 1 map if it's done by somebody who knows what they are doing with the cars. Older cars can have pre existing conditions that could potentially cause issues. Where are you in the Country?
