S3 rear seat melted / gone hard !!!!

Well here's a new one.

Daughter was sat in the front with me yesterday, looked into the rear and said what's up with your seat daddy...
Had a look when I parked up and it looks like it has melted!!! It's rock hard in a patch and the leather has shrunk/stretched.
Pretty sure Ive not had any noxious chemicals in my boot which have leaked through and nothing on my seats either.

I know it's been hot lately but that's taking the wee wee.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Reminds me of when a car interior was melted by the reaction of the sun magnifying through the window

Yeh, i was saw it on my S3. Couple places looks exectly same. My back seats good, but the roof where is the back stop light there looks same. Ohh and my right door. I dont know why my roof coming off or melting... but i know why my door started that. My girl used a vacuum cleaner and thats happaned. I think the glue getting old...
