S3 rear bumper for my 2010 Black Edition - DIY kit

Hi all,

looking at change the rear bumper on my 2010 A3 Black Edition to the much better looking S3 bumper ... in no way will I brand my car an S3 dont worry but do prefer the look of them.

I have been digging about for ages and cant find a reasonably priced S3 bumper without spending the earth on one that would need painting and 9/10 repairing anyway ...

Someone on eBay did actually give me another option has anyone else heard of this or done it before .. take an 8P pre face lift rear S-line bumper (as these have a removable lower section) and one of the rear style diffuser kits you buy see on ebay and bolt the both together to give you an S3 rear bumper

just wondering if anyone has done this or even better has a s3 rear bumper for sale at a reasonable price

Yes the preface lift slines use the same upper as S3's so could try that route.

Ok wicked thanks mate fingers crossed, if I do go down that route I’ll try and post as much on here should anyone else be looking to take that route

Hi ,,, just for confirmation is it just pre-face lift 8p s-line or does a non S-line fit ?
