S3 or RS3

Anybody know if an S3 or even an RS3 are likely to make an appearance soon?

Autocar reported the S3 as being listed summer 2006, RS model will follow afterwards probably nearing the end of the current 8P line up as usual, but this is all speculation.

I heard 2.0t s3 at end of 2005 and audi are discontinuing rs models in favour of smaller engined lighter cars.Theres a link to a thread in here SOMEWHERE!
