S3 Headlamp bulbs help,am i being stupid ?

Hello all
I am looking into getting some whiter side lamp bulbs to get rid of the dim yellow effect then i was looking what other bulbs they do to go at the side of the xenon lamp,but this is it all the bulb websites say i should have a H7 bulb on the inner side of the xenon towards the grille but mine hasnt,mine has a bulb like a flasher bulb or a stop and tail bulb,but i cant understand what it even does as the side lamp if the capless and the xenon is the dipped and main beam so the headlamp operates fully ?

Is yours not a bixenon? You should have a d2s main beam bulb which also flashes up (high beam) and a 382 drl bulb

Yeah thats right mate,just bulb websites dont list an uprated 382 drl bulb as if the car doesnt have one but they list H7's that was the confusion

right so bi-xenon headlight bulbs i have in mine...

LED sidelights from Trups:

Will also need resistors for this: 50w 6 ohm LOAD RESISTORS FOR LEDS OBC ERRORS CLEARED ! | eBay

Is the resistor info and fitting all in your build guide ?
