No offence intended but why are people getting so stressed out about how much their car is going to be worth in the future....jeezo!...if there's anything I would be worrying about for my future it would be to still be here! (Long story lol)
Every month I plough ludicrous amounts of money into paying utility, and food bills for the family home...and after 1,2,3,4....etc...etc yrs I have nothing to show for it, no trade in value, no GFV or rebate....apart from being fed, watered, entertained and warm.
Every household item I have bought and intend to buy will lose me money as soon as I buy it.
Every holiday I go on I have nothing to show for it apart from some photos, videos and some fading memories.
Why should buying a car be any different? I know it's going to lose me money, I never bought it for an investment and I accept that if I want to change it that the value will be what it will be.....but at least I have something to show for my money, enjoy it every day I wake up and draw breath and feel good about myself that I have got here and paid for it by myself.
Life's too short to be worrying about the future of a product...if your so worried about how much your gonna lose through depreciation then you shouldn't really be buying a new car...period!!
Just saying...
