S3 brakes on an A3 1.8T?

hey guys, forgive me if im asking something that has been covered before, but i am thinking of fitting 312mm s3 front discs to replace the existing ones on my A3, and i am just wondering firstly, if this is a strait forward job, and secondly what parts do i need? help would be much appreciated, cheers

you would need calipers, caliper carriers and discs and pads

cheers, i had heard that i could use the original calipers tho, are you sure i will need new ones? how much do u think they are likley to cost?

Before i got the S3 i did this to my A3 and it's correct, you'll need S3 calipers, carriers, discs and pads. Depending on weather you have or don't have pads sensors you'll need to make sure the S3 pads you get are the same. Should be around £250.
