Hi all,

I have an AMK S3 that has done 80k and has the following modifications:

'Generic' stage 1 map by Jabba from ~2007
Autobahn88 TIP
Green panel filter in smoothed air box(!)
Forge 007 with revised piston

I have driven approximately 45,000 miles at this level of tune without any real issue. It has only once ever hit limp mode.

I'm considering eeking a little more out the old girl without replacing the rods, turbo, exhaust manifold, down pipe or exhaust.

The parts I am considering replacing are:

Badger5 80mm v3 TIP and (possibly) cone filter
FMIC - probably Airtec, although seems a bit of an unknown, but likely to be suitable for my goals?
BBT actuator - 10psi (?)
New N75 - if required?
New fuel pump as it takes longer to start when down to a 1/4 tank of fuel
Remap - Probably from Rtech - You're just too far away Bill!

So my questions are:

Does the list look sensible?
I have access to VAGCOM (not VCDS). What logs could I record to get an idea of the engines current health?
Considering the current remap on the car, what would be the safest route of replacing the above hardware before getting a new remap? Happy to drive with N75 disconnected if necessary.
Finally, what sort of figures might be achieved from the above changes assuming the car is otherwise healthy?

Thanks.

From my experience do the rods. B5 tip and FMIC map
