Does the standard S3 8P wheel fit the 8V? I've got a set of 8P wheels with winter tyres that i would keep for the 8V if they fit?

PCD is the same 5x112 but the Offset (ET) (depending on the specific wheel) is different.

Looks like the thread is referring to the 17" A3 wheel, the S3 wheel is 18", do the same principles apply?
