S3 8V 19" Wheels

I have a 2019 S3 8V with 18" wheels 18 x 7.5J ET51 and 225/40/18 tyres. Audi as standard fit 19 x 8J ET49 and 235/35/19 tyres. Most aftermarket makes offer 19 x 8.5J ET45. Using will they fit calculator these will stick out 18.7mm more than my 18" wheels. Concerned that this will not look so good. Does anyone have 19 x 8.5J ET45 fitted and can comment or provide pics ?

Alternatively I have found GMP Italia Ican wheels in 19 x 8J ET45 which will only be about 12 mm further out than what I have.
