S3 8p2 clutch diy

Going stage 2+ obviously going to need to replace the clutch,

Anyone tackled one before what they like to do? Any hints/tips I ought to know?

It's a royal pain in the backside and takes a fair bit of time, wouldn't suggest it if your not familiar with what your doing.

We had to remove the oil feed for the turbo from the back of the sump to get the transfer box to slide out far enough of the gearbox so I'd suggest possibly having new oil and servicing parts to do a service at the same time.

We also removed the subframe, gave us a bit more room to pull the transfer box out between the subframe and ARB.
