snapped one of the trailing arms to the rear sub frame. bought a second hand sub frame already built up, fitted it my self with help,all seemed ok going back together. After everything was bolted together I noticed the ESP light was permanently on, plugged in it read 01324 4WD ECU- J492 No Signal/No Communication. I checked the fuse and realised it was blown, I replaced it and it blew 2 more I checked all wiring and all plugs for any corrosion or damage, all ok. I removed the Haldex unit on the diff. Visually checked and gave it a clean then refitted. I then tried another fuse, turned on ignition and the fuse was ok. ESP light still on, still no 4WD.
Can’t hear any noises when ignition is turned on ie the Haldex pump. No noises coming from diff in general. Been 6 months with this problem please someone help me
