S3 8P lower rear diffuser? Does anyone have the answer?

I've been searching for a few days but can't find a definitive answer.

I have a 2007 3 door S Line with the smooth rear bumper.

I want to buy the lower part with the grey part from the S3.

Does anyone actually know the part numbers of what i need to order??

There must be someone on here who has this secret information
