S3 8p endoscope pistons

So, today i changed my spark plugs and decided to take some pics with my endoscope. 3 cylinders looked pretty normal or so i think but cylinder furthest from the battery (cylinder 1) I have some concerns. Anybody know what this could mean based on the pics? Some deposit build up at the top and looks like its steam cleaned.

Other notes:I dont seem to be loosing much coolant, topped up a few months ago and its still full, the car is quite heavy on oil. The car has de cat.

Im hoping its not a head gasket issue or worse. Car is at 100k miles

Just as FYI Rest of the pistons look fairly standard from what I can see, carbon buildup on 3/4 pistons looks like this
