S3 8P DRL replacement bulbs (2007 model)

I know i'm at risk of repeating other peoples posts here goes.....I want to replace the dull yellow daytime running light bulbs with some bright white LED type jobs but also want minimum fuss. (As does everybody I hear you all say!!)

Has anyone got a link to any reccomended bulbs that will do the job and pop straight in? I have got lost in a sea of auto bulb websites and i am still none the wiser.

Nice one this is definitely the kinda look I was after.

I don't suppose you have noticed any problems with them getting too hot? Only reason I ask is that the bulbs are sold as a reversing bulb and so i'm wondering if there are going to be any problems after long periods of use!!

Anyone got any direct plug and play DRL Led bulbs as I cant do butchery.

What i have done is easy, beleive me im not great with wiring either lol.

And no i have not noticed them getting hot, they seem to be cooler than the standard bulbs
