Yes I read the suggested similar threads but an overall reminder does not hurt.

in these threads I read:
Gearbox (6s, manual) - 75W, 2.3l according to Opie Oils (let me use this to give them a shout out here, super fast response and expertise!)
You need a 75w for the gearbox and the Fuchs Sintofluid, Millers TRX, Febi, Mobil Multi-Vehicle, Comma MV MTF Plus and Castrol Syntrans FE are all good options, but the Red Line MT-LV, Millers CRX and Fuchs SRG are the best ones for it.

It holds 2.3l.

Haldex - ~800-850ml (buy the 1l bottle, FEBI BILSTEIN 101171 Oil, Haldex coupling 1l, better yet, get the service kit with filter)

Engine oil - I read 4.5 - 4.7l, I guess it's safer to put ~4.5, wait for everything to settle and top up after few mins

Usually bang 4 in let it run through the filter for a minute then turn of stand for a while to drain & top up as required.

Haldex yeah that's about right tbh as when it overflows the fill hole is when it's full.

Gearbox, good to know.

As with any, get the systems warmed up before swapping out.
