S3 2014 brake discs & pads

Looking to change my discs & pads all round on my S3, 2014 (8v)

do I stick to original Audi or at good recommendations?
Based Glasgow area.

I went all brembo but had one faulty disc and the front pads were too small for the callipers so rattled on bumps, this issue has been experienced by others on here too.

Ended up with full brembo rear and brembo discs with genuine pads on the front.

Probably got unlucky with the disc but the pads were definitely not copied from the OEM correctly so would advise to avoid.

Can’t really fault them since.

MTEC brake discs and Ferodo Eco-Friction Green brake pads. So good the same combo on our TT, RS3 and SQ5

What I have:

VW GTI Clubsport front discs
Mtec drilled rears
Ferrodo DS2500 pads all round

Nearly 6ys from new & 24k with my S3, I'm still on the original discs/pads. I'll be going Mintex when required, never had any issues with that brand. I seem to remember reading that Mtec discs are Mintex rebranded, but I might be wrong.
