S-tronic, Revo and Launch control - quick question

I've searched, but most posts seem to be 5 years ago.

I've not used the LC feature, and now the car had had the Revo stage 1, I'm thinking it's probably not a good idea to use it due to the increased stress on the internals?

Do you guys regularly use it on your modded S3's?

I used mine on my DSG Golf on the sprints at Inters 2013,takes a bit of practice but wouldn't use it all the time, just hit the sport button
