Q2 S-Tronic problem

Hi,

My car : Audi Q2 2017 1.0 TFSI

I have a problem with my Gearboc Stronic 7 !
When I turn on AC, Gear changes Rough at Low speed, and especially between 1st and 2nd gear, the engine make a hesitation !
How can I fix the problem ? there are a function in vagcom to make calibration or to make rpm more high in gear change ?

In vcds there’s a basic setting function which resets the gearbox and then it relearns all the parameters. Some older stronic gearboxes can be reset by pressing brake pedal and accelerator and cycling ignition as well, can’t remember the exact process.
Other thing is your gearbox could need a service.
