Am I right in thinking this an Audi Fixed servicing price of £245?

Any idea's what an Indy might charge?

I've just recently paid 150+VAT (180) for this at a local audi independent specialist

The key elements are labour and oil costs. Parts should be around £150-160 incl VAT.
My indie works out a bit more expensive than dealers for routine maintenance, but cheaper for repairs.

paid over £300 just last week. Audi fixed price was £225 but that was for changing atf and filter.

There's another section within the gearbox that uses hypoid oil which isn't included in the audi price.

The hypoid oil doesn't need changing according to audi service schedule but with such an expensive (and complicated) part of the car I wasn't happy with leaving the old oil in there.

Mine getting changed at Quattrotech next Thursday, will let you know how much it will cost

I would have Audi do it and have peace of mind but thats only if you have warranty?
Mines being changed at their expense through warranty however they were adamant they wanted to see the paper receipt which had to show which oil and filter were used.

There's nothing my local Audi dealer can do for my car that would give me peace of mind. If the phone call I got last week asking about my A4 (sic) is anything to go by, they don't even know what car they sold me!.

Did mine myself. Genuine Audi oils & filter inc new oil filter seal, drain plug & drain plug washer. Cost £145 delivered from Crewe Audi via the parts request on here.

Car had only covered 18,000 miles when it was done, but was 4 years old, so changed it regardless for piece of mind. Now on just under 21,000 miles.

Old oil looked beautiful & clean, but the old filter looked pretty horrible to be honest.

My ATF also looked "beautiful and clean" at 13K/3 years but it did have a TAN of 2.34...
