Rust just above windscreen

I've used Loctite SF7503 and Jenolite. I prefer the Loctite product. Use an emery board (some touch up-paints use a wire brush in the cap) to take off the surface rust, then apply the convertor. You can clean off with methylated spirit, then dab on primer and top-coat and finally lacquer. You can use a hair-dryer to speed up the process (and yes the neighbours will talk)!
Another vote for the Jenolite, I always use it on the mower deck - great stuff.
Another tip is to hole punch some 2000g wet and dry, stick on the blunt end of a pencil and hey presto a very intricate sanding block. (Used it on the stone chips on the A5 and works a treat).
Get it done before the gritters come out though, don't want salt in there!
