Running rich and jerks on and off the throttle

Dont think its maf related, would the fuel pressure regulator on my fuel rail cause this?

Are the symptoms only when the engine is cold ?...

Yeah i seems to be much worse when cold, not the maf just had a new one

Could be a coil or wiring loom. If your only idling or crawling along the revs will be lower and the misfire will be more prominent... VAGCOM is prolly the best way to start fault finding, see if its a spark/coil problem rather than a fuel delivery problem...

Sounds like symptoms of too much fuel pressure I must admit. What is the FPR - 3 BAR or 4 BAR? What engine is it?

Just an stadard agu, apart from the remap, symtoms seem to have developed since the remap
