i'm interested to hear what speed rating you guys are running on your S3's.
The top speed of the S3 is just shy of 150mph, so surely a W rated tyre is sufficient... would anything over that, like a Y or above, be unnecessarily hard, and hence degrade the grip of the tyre? At the very least I guess the extra hardness would cause the tyre to take longer to warm up?
I only ask as you see some people almost boasting that they are running bla blah blah 50" Zr's.....
