is there a way to get the RNS-e Serial number from VAG-COM ? for the last plugged in RNS

in what way do you mean serial number , is it the coding number your looking for to start it once fitted to car or is it the numbers when you plug Vcd's in and run an Auto Scan

Not for the last plugged in RNSE, there is no memory in the car which remembers.

If you didn't save any sort of log then you need to read it manually either off the sticker on the unit, through the Car/Setup then Version Information (or similar) menu or interrogate the controller via the Advanced ID or MVB's in VCDS.
