blue/white smoke, im leaning towards valve stem oil seals, only because its had a pair of turbos in the last 10k

only on cold start(stood overnight), clears afer a few seconds but only happens on drivers side exhaust

Well, that sort of narrows it down. Oil is only being burnt on the drivers side bank of the engine, as I'm sure the exhausts are completely separate manifold to back box.

So it could be the turbo on that side, or a stem seal on that side. My first guess would be check the turbo just incase, I haven't seen or heard of stem seals going.

im sure he had the turbos checked, but would double check my self

While your there, check the rocket and cam cover gaskets and see if they are leaking. I read something similar that the gasket was leaking, and combined with a loose spark plug, oil was seeping into a cylinder
