RS5 Pedal upgrade + S5 grill

Hi all,

Having just purchased the 3.0 TDI SLine Quattro Sportback S Tronic I did make the mistake of looking in the RS5! Noticed the chrome pedals, which I like and also whilst there saw the S5 black grill. Anyone fitted these? Do they just swop out?

Supposedly it's a universal fit swap over, but the process of fitting the new pedals is really tough (get the silicone spray out and heat the rubber in warm water)!

S5 grille should be straight swap, but make sure you buy the right one (e.g. Face lift or pre face lift, and whether you have parking sensors etc.).

Grille is easy enough. The pedals can be made easier with one or two slight cuts in the rubber to allow fitment.

Thanks both. May be a silly question but how do I know if it's pre or post facelift? Mine is a 2010.

Pre facelift (see headlights - up to 2011)

Post facelift (2011 onwards)

I would suggest from the date yours is likely top one (pre-facelift)

Yep, from the date you suggested it's pre facelift. Re the pedals, pre or post facelift will fit. I actually prefer the rubber layout on the pre-FL.
