I can't view ebay from work but:

You'll have to take delivery of it first. Audi won't allow a build slot to be sold. The car has to be delivered to the person who ordered it and Audi will check your insurance to ensure this. I wouldn't worry though you'll sell it easily enough for the price you've paid (and maybe a little bit more)

thanks for the advice. i have today taken a deposit on my most expensive car. i will only have to sell the TDI A3 to raise all the funds.

The Avant is being built this week- so have decided that i will join your 'exclusive' set sometime in september. I will keep it for 2-3 months i think before selling it on, hoping to get what i paid for it. Hope it all works

TDI sold tonight, so i now have all the funds, just waiting for the car to turn up(could be a month yet)
