RS3 Wanted - Who is selling?

This is the mandatory spec. required:

Black, Blue (maybe white) - NO other colours acceptable to my fickle missus
Lunar Silver Supersports seats (as we need the Lumbar Support) - 'might' at a squeeze look at black seats as I will have to explain to her that the light leather is ****** rare...
16 plate +
40K budget

Ideal wishlist extras:

Pan Roof
Dynamic Pack
Confort and Sound Pack
Tech Pack
Silver wheels
< 10K miles

Can buy this weekend.
Must have had first service with Audi dealer but I doubt there is one that hasn't...

Yeah, it looks like I can get near enough my ideal spec but on a 15 plate... That might work as spec means more to me.
There are 16 plates with most of the spec but have to compromise in a couple of things.

Missus will look at black seats now but the car must have the grey roof lining to make it less 'claustrophobic'.
