Used prices seem to be holding up really well. Checked my TTRS today. Only 8 for sale on Autotrader, all of them not as nicely specced and they’re selling for more than I paid over a year ago. I would swap out as I usually like to try different cars. But to what for similar money that is as fast, as noisy and as good looking?!I’m holding onto the M2 now I think.
It’s a lot of dosh that’s for sure but so would the repayments on a £35k loam. If you really wanted to keep the car then a loan to cover the gfv would work but I go through cars so frequently that pcp usually works for me.
Another thing to note is that say your going for a mortgage, a loan is looked on less favorably than a pcp deal so if you have to finance pcp or straight HP similar to your loan idea works best.
I’d also say I struggle to see any decent second hand ones out there that are not overpriced and with every man and his dog tuning cars these days I am wary of going second hand
