Rough idle until I switch on the AC!!

Hello all.
Been noticing recently that if I am stopped in traffic that I am getting a rough idle, seems to go away when I accelerate or switch on the AC. Am thinking it may be the MAF, any ideas??

maybe things have changed but I have never found anyone who was happy with/didnt have issue after a superchips remap...

Had this issue before I had the remap done...so not a Superchips issue..
