By the way, having attended many AMD RR days, lists of people running and prepaid doesn't work and it always goes on who ever turns up first and pays AMD direct on the day gets on the rollers as often enough lots of people drop out or don't show.

Reason I thought prepaid is better as there is a limited amount of people they can have for the RR - last time we filled the numbers but some people didn't show up which stopped other people wanting to come not being able to - if people prepay then they are more committed to showing up and AMD then know the definite numbers

Do they have proper 4wd rollers? as I know we can make due on 2wd ones by taking the haldex fuse out, but my mate wants to come in his W8 Passat and that's Torsen.

@Alex_Wil What did you decide on the payment in the end? I'm thinking that having everyone pay up-front makes sense and adds some guarantee of people attending. To make things easier, we could possibly get one of the AMD people to take payments in order to avoid "trust issues"

I personally think it's better for upfront payment and the majority seem happy with it so well go down that route . Means we have confirmed numbers also . I'm taking my car to amd tomorrow so will discuss with them if there happy to take up front payment directly to them .but if not there's ways around it
