I'm looking to purchase the following and one that I've seen said it doesn't have English as a language can this be added on to the unit and do they all have Bluetooth connectivity as my current symphony does and don't really want to lose this option

I am pretty sure that all of them have english language. I think you can choose between 4-5 different languages.

All of them support bluetooth. Bluetooth is not build in, it is a extra module.

You however need to find someone that can install and code for you.

Ok thanks for the reply, because I have Bluetooth now i obviously already have the module therefore should be able to still have hands free with an rns-e
