Rns-e upgrade and iPod connector

Hi all. On a weekend break in stratford but still thinking about my car . I have an iPod already connected to my Audi concert stereo. If I upgraded it to an
rns-e could I swap this iPod connector over?

Yes, it's the cd-changer interface on the RNS-E as the concert.
