I’ve just bought an RNs-E unit to retrofit into my B7 A4 Avant.
However, when I turn it on it’s asking for a pin.
I’m happy to pay for the pin because I did get an absolute bargain on the unit. £120 for the unit and the 6 Cd changer.
Only problem is, to get a pin I need the serial number. The label on the unit doesn’t have the serial number and it isn’t displayed when I turn the unit on.
What are my options?
Do I know have to pay even more on top to get someone to scan using VCDS?
Any advice would be appreciated.
