rns-d satnav swap with syphony 2 whats involed???

as titile whats involed with swaping my syphony 2 system with the rns-d satnav?

the sat nav is the proper unit for the audi s3 2002,not a audi a4 or a6 unit!!!

so is it a straight swap plus the gsp antenna??
