RNS-D Sat Nav disc stuck!!! CD deffective on display?? HELP!!!

Hi All,

I have a RNS-D sat nav unit in my 2003 A4

My sat nav disc wont eject and just says "CD Defective" on display

Everything else on unit works spot on

I have had it say "sat nav is being activated" etc but after 20 secs it says "CD Defecive"

Also even when the car is turned off and keys out the disc still spins even though the unit is off???

Any ideas??
