Right brake light issue

New brake light bulb ,couldn’t see anything wrong with the existing,replaced it anyway ..10mins later break light bulb warning came up again ,got back in a bit later no warning?
Dodgy /dirty connection/earth?

The rear light clusters bulb holders are common for the pins corroding and blowing off the earth pin. I had that which of course stlpped the whole lamp working. Worth having a quick check

I had no end of problems with my rear near side brake light - warning kept coming up on dash.
I looked on Audi forums and saw one comment (this site I think) saying you must used Audi bulbs.
Well I thought bulbs were bulbs but I tried this out and brought a bulb from Caffyns Audi in Brighton and hey ho problem solved.

Highly likely to be corrosion/bad connection. Take something lightly abrasive to it. Wirewool/emery cloth/fine sandpaper, anything you can get to clean up the surfaces.
