That depends on how much power/torque you want.
If you "only" want 440ish bhp and 440lbs of torque(which will save you having to rebuild the engine to take more,then a hybrid like the TTE420 will do the job,and that,plus RS4 injectors,would cost you around £3000 and some labour.
If you haven't got an uprated intercooler,add £600+ for that,and if you havent got WMI,then add another £400 for that.
So you could do it for around £4k all in,assuming your brakes and suspension are up to the job
If you want a lot more,then you really are looking at a LOT of money.
A proper big turbo build can easily eat £10k and more,but can take you through to over 600bhp.....
